Went in for labs today (1/29/26) 3:30pm and the girl drawing them was very rude and impersonal. She didn’t say anything the whole time and literally had a frown on her face the entire time. She wasn’t wearing a badge, so I couldn’t get a name. Everyone else who walked by either smiled or said hello. She did not.
I have been here to get lab work done for myself and also for my baby. They are amazing at the South Huntsville location, and very experienced! After a traumatizing time trying to get blood drawn for my baby elsewhere, it was such a relief to come to the HH lab and have it done quickly and in just one poke! Jada is the best! Wait times aren't long (especially if you make an appointment online) and the people are friendly. They are efficient at drawing blood and won't poke you to just poke you! Very impressive!! I had the pleasure of visiting the lab on Airport Rd., Jada and Asia got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Made my day and would highly recommend
