The system is broken here, why schedule an appointment for a certain time only to be seen 45 min after that time and there were only 5 people in the waiting room. They need more people here. The service is great and they get you in and out the back room BUT getting to the back room is a challenge.
Ashley at the women and children’s office was absolutely incredible. My appointment was for 5:15 in the office closed at 5:30 and she was there well after the close and calling client services trying to find the proper tests to run. Despite it being the end of the day, she was very joyful and lovely to chat with. I’ve been dealing with syncope since having a baby and she got the blood draw done so quickly that I didn’t have a reaction. I would absolutely recommend Ashley and hope I get her in the future.
Advise: do not rely on submitting drs order online, they won’t have it! I took time off work for my child’s scheduled appointment and because I didn’t have the physical paper with me they couldn’t do it. What’s the point of uploading the forms?? I mean it’s freaking 2025!!Total waste of time! Plus the place is very very small, dingy and dirty looking.
The place is very well organized, everything goes smoothly and fast, one of the blood technicians is the best one I ever seen, before I feel the needle, she’s done already. No pain at all. Strongly recommended.
