Mischa and the woman who drew blood were both fast, efficient, and friendly. I'm happy to give them 5 stars!
I recently visited the HH Medical Mall for information and what was needed for a prescribed bowel study! The technician, Anna Marie at the front desk went Above and BEYOND with such a CARING positive attitude. to assist and walk me through what steps were needed for the test. The other tech Samantha was busy but she also contributed to helping and BOTH were so encouraging! It was so refreshing to experience such GREAT customer care!!
Mischa was able to stick me on the first try and in my arm instead of my hand for the first time in years! I was extremely impressed and she was so kind about it as well! Grateful she gave it a shot so I didn’t have to deal with any bruising this time :)
Taylor was absolutely amazing! I didn’t have a long wait at all to get pulled back & he was super friendly. Such a great experience between going here to having to go to labcorp on a Saturday! Thank y’all for the amazing experience!
Truly had a great experience at this lab. Mischa was my lab tech and she was amazing! She is very quick and accurate. She was able to find a vein in my arm that no one ever finds a vein in. She got me in and out in less than 5 mins. Very professional.
