I went to pick up my platform attachments for my walker(I called ahead of time to make sure they had them) Not only did they have them, Ms. Nikki was courteous, professional and very helpful over the phone and in person. She went above and beyond to help me get what I needed (workmans comp issues). Great customer service is rare these days..not for this company. My experience was great. I would definitely recommend them.
I called for some supplies. I was given an appointment several days away at a specific time. I arrived on time. No patients in the lobby. Eventually someone asked to assist. Ten minutes passed with no help. Finally the tech escorted me to a room where there was a small amount of items laying on a table. She could not answer my questions about one of the items (question about the size of the item). It was the incorrect item and she could not provide me with a cost for the upgraded item.
