I went in for an endoscopy and they charged me $275 when I was admitted, it has been 10 days since this transaction took place. . Prior to the procedure they screened me for possible Covid 19 and they said I had to have the test done before they could perform the procedure (It sure would have been nice if they told me that on the phone prior to me paying for my driver that day $150+ wasted). I went to Dr. Kinzel for severe abdominal pain. He put me through a series of tests and told me I just had kidney stones & never followed up with me. I went to a new GI doctor who immediately found a large malignant tumor in my colon (colon cancer). As a, result of Dr. Kinzel, the tumor has grown and treatment was delayed. Please stay away from this incompetent, inexperienced doctor as he has no idea what he's doing.
Great wellness center and clean. Only problem is hours. Should be open earlier....later....and on weekends. Really loved my experiences there. Wish it were closer to me.

This doctor is not only an unprofessional person/doctor, she does Not care for her assigned pt's she 'has to' treat in the ER. She is def what I'd call a paycheck doctor than a compassionate person who went into medicine to actually help people. She refused to treat, assess, evaluate, talk to, or discuss any tx options there were for me. The only thing she did was treat me like trash & lie to me about medical procedures.... Dr Jennifer Roy is our primary pediatrician for my 3 girls and for my 2 nieces and 2 nephews. All of our kids absolutely love her! Dr Roy found my niece's leukemia in her very first visit, where other doctors never even bothered to run a simple blood test to find out what was wrong with her. Both of the other doctors in the same office are also wonderful! We (nor others I know who use this same office) have never had a bad experience with any of the doctors or nurses. If you need a chest or lung doctor, Dr. Jason Smith of Huntsville is the best around. He cares about his patients and it shows in his every action. It is hard to find a doctor in todays fast pace world that cares more about you than with getting you out the door and on to the next patient. He is a wonderful doctor and you can not go wrong by selecting him if you need this type care.
