They never answer their phones they are extremely rude they threatened to hang up or they dont answer u half to wait an hour or more to get someone this needs to be handles diabetes isn't a joke

It would be helpful to notate what you also don't see for. For people with PCOS they will not see you even with a referral. Btw they don't tell you that your referral was rejected either. Had to make three different calls within 2.5 weeks to figure it out on my own.
More typical Huntsville Hospital affiliate garbage. Took over 3 months to get paperwork through (23 phone calls) just to have a doctor look at my information; to then be informed the soonest available would be 8 months.
I asked my PCP to send me to an endocrinologist so je sent me to Dr. Reddy. I have had Hoshimotos for 30 years and because I can not lose weight even on 800 calories a day I am pre diabetic now and very close to diabetic. She saw me for all of 5 minutes and never looked me in the face. She said my A1C was not diabetic and to come back when I was a full blown diabetic. I asked about my thyroid and got no response. She said to eat 1000 calories a day, walk 10k steps per day and that would resolve it or to take mounjaro. I was ... read more
