my doctor is great , always makes me feel like he is listening to me
My Dad switched doctors because the one he's been seeing for a bit retired. I took him in today, his A1C is absolutely too high. But, the doctor seemed very rude and pretty much caused my Dad to shut down and not want to speak to him. He said on the way home, "we aren't going to sit horses". The nursing staff was nice and kind for the most part (except one asks Dad every time we go in if he is depressed or suicidal?? I can’t say enough good things about Chey Harville. After a really upsetting appointment with my endocrinologist, she was the kindest person I could’ve asked for. She noticed I wasn’t okay when I was checking out and took the time to truly listen. She was so empathetic and caring — even stayed past her lunch to make sure I spoke with her supervisor and got help finding a new endocrinologist. They never answer their phones they are extremely rude they threatened to hang up or they dont answer u half to wait an hour or more to get someone this needs to be handles diabetes isn't a joke
