My physician told me to go immediately to the ER because of symptoms I was having with an existing illness. He sent orders for the tests to be run. We arrived and over a 5 1/2 period, I had blood work, chest x-ray and CAT scan. I never saw a physician but was told I would be checked in to stay overnight.
