Obviously doesn’t help to make appointment for lab work. I came in, this place is packed, it’s 45 minutes past my appointment now and they’re calling people who did not have appointments. What a farce. We go through scheduling an appointment and they don’t even go by that.
Paula and Joe in the laboratory are the kindest, most caring phlebotomists. I appreciate their bedside manner and excellent skills at drawing blood!
One hour wait to do a blood test. No receptionist, no one talks to you and staff avoids eye contact. And this is how they took the blood. The arm is bruised a week later.
Very professional experience. Highly recommended for any medical needs.
