Jay was amazing in helping us get our van! He was friendly, hospitable and helped us get back on the road in a way that made us want to come back!
I had an issue with my CRV , I took it two local mechanics , for reasons such as “can’t get the part”, “the car is aging , don’t bother “ … my car was not fixed . Several visits , no solution . I wanted my car fixed . I know it’s getting older , but like all the many Hondas I’ve owned it’s a great reliable car . My husband suggested many times take it to Honda. So, finally I did . I cannot say enough positive things about Huntsville Honda. The entire process, for me, took months, but working with both Teaghan and Jason, as well as the Finance Manager, Kira, was the best experience I could have expected from a car lot. I have only the highest praises for her. She is patient and puts her best foot forward for all her customers, even when she has the day off (she ensured she had Jason help). People..... Jay at Huntsville Honda was top shelf in our recent purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. We have been steadily keeping our eyes peeled for over 2 years for the right vehicle and Hunstville Honda had a vehicle on the lot that interested us. We just purchased a 2026 HR-V. Nice little SUV. And built in Mexico. Not the USA. I wanted a CR-V from Canada but Mexico is fine also. Mindy got her way ! Again. What really sold us was Jason and Brett. No pushing a sale. Very very knowledgeable. Very professional. And most important. A real firm handshake. Not like some sales people. A wet noodle. And they had a HUGE red bowe on the hood for Mindy. Nice touch. Cake would have been better ! To Jason and Brett. Thank you so very much.
