Excellent installation at a great price. Very friendly environment. The installation only took an hour.
Used them to replace a front windshield. The girl who answers the phone doesn't get the correct info and quotes wrong prices. When you get there to get installed they tell you that you gave them wrong info and they have to get the correct glass. You have to wait 3 hrs for it to get there and then they tell you that the price is more than quote. When you question them they are RUDE about it. Don't use them.
Cheap in all ways. The windshield glass does not last. Not worth it. I learned the hard way.
Don't bother taking your car to Glass Masters. After their year warranty, if you have any problems with leaking they are done with you. The woman at the front desk is rude and unprofessional. You would be better off paying more for a windshield with a better warranty and better service. They don't deserve even a one star rating.
I had my front windshield replaced by Glass Masters. I searched around for the best deal and they gave me the lowest price and said if I found lower that they would beat it. They finished the job in about an hour while I waited and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.
It was a real pleasure to work with a business that was friendly and responsive and clearly interested in a good result. I got the best possible price and got it done when they said they could install it. I was greeted with courtesy and enjoyed a nice fresh cup of coffee. I won't go anywhere else.
I brought my Sunfire into Glass Masters, I had broke out a quarter glass and even though the glass was hard to find, Sherri and Jared found the glass, had it shipped in and installed and even let me keep my car at their shop while the glass came in. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
