On Monday morning my trash wasn’t picked up. It was Tuesday evening when I realized it as I was headed out to work. On Wednesday I reported it only to be asked when did I put my trash out. On Thursday my can is still full of last weeks trash but I’m getting charged monthly for this trash pick up. This trash including food has already been sitting outside over a week smelly and nasty. Just don’t make no sense. It’s now Friday this trash is almost been outside for 2 weeks 🤬

They slam the trash can on the side of the curb and burst up the can and chip out the wheels. The can is really unusable because when you put trash in it grabs the jagged edges from the breaks and does not go into the truck when they pick up. So we have to move it around so that the next pick up it will go out. Replacement from them for their carelessness would be grateful.

They throw trash all over the yard and leave it. They drop your trashcan out in the street where cars run over it and destroys them then they want you to pay to get another one. Trying to post a picture of the trash all over my yard they left again but can not post picture.

Not very happy with there service, they have skipped our house 3 times since we got service.
