I really try to be reasonable as you can see I've wrote a LOT of reviews I'd venture to say my opinion carries some weight. I hate doing these but for the sake of the people I must. Had a disagreement with owner, felt it was an excuse not getting flowers by 2pm to a reasonable delivery time of 2pm, which I had ordered the flowers approximately 8:30am that morning.. I stated wife be back at the office by 2pm, indicating, flowers should be there by 2pm, for wife's birthday. Terrible customer service. I know it's Valentine's Day and I know you are super, super busy, but you own a business and you want people come back even if you cannot serve them at that time. The gentleman told me to go buy my grandmother a pizza instead.
