Everyone is so helpful with this business. For the second time, I needed my heavy treadmill moved in my house. The techs arrived promptly, got to work and got me up and running again quickly. I appreciate getting the help I needed quickly and for a reasonable cost. I will be shopping here when I need fitness equipment. Highly recommend.

Well how to rate a place that is closed 35 minutes before the closing posted time online and at the door of the establishment. Lost business today. I will not be back.
Everyone here is extremely accommodating and very polite.
Only have experience with the repair side, where customer service SUCKS. Repair techs came out week of 3/25/24 to do annual maintenance AND diagnose clicking noise. Told me treadmill needed a part which they would order. Then Huntsville Fitness techs CLOSED the repair order without ordering the part. So now, because Huntsville Fitness closed the repair order, the maintenance contract company believes problem is solved, and won't authorize repair of the treadmill based on the lies from Huntsville Fitness.
