Rude. Opening is supposed to be at 8am. The pickup door is still locked at 8:10 and no one will be respond. I called the primary number and whomever answered was simply rude. Told they can’t pull 8 bolts I need in an urgent manner because there’s 150 orders in front of me. There’s two people outside and I’m one of them. Obviously those orders are deliveries and not pick ups.
I was in need of 3 different sized stainless steel button head fasteners for a special project. In the past, a trip to Lewter’s Hardware would have filled my need, but after 90 years they closed. Big box stores in my area had no product! I found Huntsville Fastener and made the journey. I will keep it short and simple as I can. got disrespected at counter sales and refused service. Despite being advised there was a $250 over-the-counter requirement and being eager to order enough things to make the $250 minimum, I was still refused service. I ended up contacting the company and getting in touch with a sales rep via email, assuming perhaps someone was having a rough day at the counter.. Went in to buy bolts for Arsenal project zero help whatsoever. Zero counter sales and yes even of you want to spend more than $350. Order from someone else online.
Very nice person that helped me I had a nut that I couldn’t find anywhere but he had it with no problem very good to work with thank you
