I was working at the local hotel doing laundry when all the sudden 2 of these EMTs busted into the laundry room and once climbed in the giant washer we have and started to eat lunch while the other one took a nap on the stryker stretcher they brought in for no reason. Hemsi Ambulance team does NOT tell the Truth. They write down what they want to. It's sad and hard to trust them with the elderly going into a nursing home. "JUSTICE!!!"
I have called Hemsi twice in June to transport my son to the hospital. From the dispatchers to the team of EMTs that arrived, they were professional, courteous and knew what to do. Huntsville is blessed to have them on the job. Thank you to each one.
