Very rude and unprofessional. We scheduled an estimate for a job, decided to go a different route. We politely declined and these were his exact words, “ Thats not good for me cause I didnt get the job nor did I charge you my service charge and thats not fair to me time and gas just for you to tell me no! REALLY!!” Wanted to charge a $50 estimate fee for “time, gas, and estimate”. Avoid, unless you’re sure you’re going to go with his quote.
Jordan did an excellent job bricking in a transom window for us. He found a great match to our brick and worked very efficiently. We will be using Huntsville Brick & Stone again.
We had water damage from our chimney and a sagging lintel. We had a few companies come out to give us quotes. We decided to go with Jordan Smith because he was super knowledgeable, and experienced, and priced right. We are so thrilled with his meticulously detailed work and we love hearing from other people how great it looks. After getting the chimney done, we asked him to do the lintel. I contacted Jordan for an estimate at my residence. On two separate occasions, he picked the date and time. On both occasions, he never showed up nor let me know he couldn't make it. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I'll take my business elsewhere.
