I’ve been to Lynsee twice now and I love everything about visiting Nova Salon. I have very long, thick hair that I strive to keep as low maintenance as possible on the day-to-day. Which I’ve learned is 10x easier to do when you invest in the right person to cut, color and style your hair. For me, Lynsee is that person. And she is worth every single dime. Lynnse has been doing my hair for over 5 years. I’ve been doing gray blending and she has nailed it! I can go 2 months without a touch up because it’s blended so well. The atmosphere is very inviting and clean. I look forward to coming here to get some me time and to feel pretty when I walk out the door.

I booked an appointment as a surprise for my wife with a lady named Lyndsey. She came back to the house so upset. She said it was “uneven and choppy” - not sure what that means but I do know I paid $150 for the worst surprise I've ever given to my wife. I wanted to do something nice for our anniversary but now somehow I'm in the dog house. She was so upset we even had to cancel our dinner date. She said she didn't want to be seen in public. I’ve always had a great experience at this salon because of the stylist that worked there, Emmie, Makaylan, and Kristan. All of which who no longer work there because Lynsse, the owner, has no idea how to run a business and behaves like a 16 year old high school bully. If there was a way to leave 0 stars, I would. Not because I am unhappy with the service I received (from a stylist who is fortunately no longer at this salon). But because this older woman was stomping around people and talking horribly about other stylists who worked in the salon. Loudly. It was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially considering the fact that she looked significantly older than the rest of the stylists, so I feel she could be setting a better example for younger generations on how to behave ... read more
