The ribs here are amazing. The sauces are made from scratch and the owners are amazing!
This was some great barbecue. We got the Family Pack #1 (3 meat, 2 sides, 3 pickle slices, 3 breads, for 3-4 people). Smoked Chicken was a half (leg/thigh and wing/breast), smoked brisket, and pulled pork, with BBQ Beans and fries. All of it was great, pork not too salty, brisket was juicy and tender, and the chicken was awesome. Feed 2 adults and 2 young kids just fine. They have sauces for you to add your own to taste.
