I dealt with Jeremy and he was more than accommodating. He immediately understood that the wheelchair my 96 yr old mother was currently using was the wrong setup. He provided a new chair that was adjusted for her stature. She is more than happy, so I am more than happy. Thank you Jeremy.

I concur with Palma's assessment. My experience mirrored the review's details. After an extended waiting period, the delivered wheelchair deviated significantly from the specifications and expectations. The only accurate aspect was the color. The components utilized were of inferior quality, including the front castor wheels, which appeared to be readily available, low-cost options.
