I had high hopes for Pristine Cleaning Solutions OH, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The cleaners arrived late without any notice, rushed through the job, and left areas untouched. Several spots were still dirty, and I had to hire someone else to fix it. Very frustrating.

I called the office multiple times; it went straight to voicemail. Had to scramble last minute. Absolute unprofessionalism. They don't provide solutions, they create massive problems.
