Run and I mean like fast and never look back! I mean like like Forrest Gump Run!! This place is over priced takes weeks to fix anything.. my request for maintenance to fix my heat never got to the maintenance men...i had to call requesting heat issue to be addressed and the young man answered and never directed it to them after i had already filled out a maintenance issue online! So blessed I found this place. I moved across country and saw it online and thought it would be perfect for my son and I and WAS I RIGHT. I’ve been here about two weeks and the complex is clean and quiet. The neighbors are so friendly and the staff is amazing! While trying to figure out application and everything Jim was so helpful and got back to me right away when emailed or called. These apartments are very outdated. No central air, very old wall units filled with mold/mildew. They raise your rent about $100 each year. You can hear most people blasting their subs all hours of the day. You can hear 80% if not 90% of what your neighbors are doing. If you can afford it take your money elsewhere.

Edited from a 5-star review. I had posted a positive review praising the maintenance-man Dakota and his team before he got transferred away. Since that time, Monarch has once again reverted to operating a corporate hellhole of an apartment complex. Back to changes in staff, unresolved maintenance issues, and entering homes without reasonable notice for non-emergency reasons, all while rent and utility costs increase.
