I am a recent college graduate of UD and lived at Huntley Ridge Apartments in Kettering. The convenience of the property right up the street from the college was nice I could ride my bike to school. The property was always nice and clean, management responded immediately to any service requests I had. *Currently live here as of 1/6/17, have lived here for 11 Months now* Pros: -Recently updated, when we moved in we had new fans, new blinds, new carpeting, new kitchen counters, new laminated kitchen flooring, new bathroom cabinets etc. -Townhouse has thick concrete walls so it's relatively hard to hear neighbors, in some places you can hear talking but otherwise it's quiet -Having a garage is great!
