I tried to buy a car from them today, over the phone. I live out of state, have all my financing and cash ready to go, and attempted to purchase the vehicle so that I could make a trip there next week to pick it up. I was even prepared to pay their asking price. They won't deal with anyone who isn't there in person. Not even a quote, buyers agreement, nothing.
