Everytime I need to reach management, leasing , or any sort of customer support there is no response. We were emailed communication will be improved and on site team will be here but no one answers calls , there is no on site team, and when you receive a response via text it’s days later after you sent a message. Never would I ever rent an apartment at this place. Oh my god what a dump
I’ve been living here for a little over a year now, at first management seemed to be very on top of communication and getting back to me with little issue. Recently it’s been almost impossible to get a text back or talk to a real person without having to physically go into the office which is located in a different facility. Their referral program is a joke, don’t even bother trying to help them gain customers there is no incentive. Been 3 months and I’m still working to get my bonus from it. Horrible communication. Unable to pay rent due to system error with E check and reached out through all methods no response. Requested door step pressure washing a week + ago because it’s dirty and ignored.
Awful experience, bad management, not clean and the maintenance sucked, please do not rent here
