I have been living in Huntington Vista for over a year. My boyfriend and I love our neighbors and the location but this complex completely falls short when it comes to the property management, UDR. I had a very disappointing experience living in this apartment, and I would not recommend it to anyone considering moving in. First, the management charged me for paint after I moved out—even though I only lived there for 14 months. Normal wear and tear should not result in extra fees, but they still billed me without reasonable justification. There are also hidden costs that they never clearly explain upfront. Since we moved here, we found the complex very nice. At the beginning we had some issues with the parking, but with the help of Cindy and the manager Josh, they solve the problem.
Cindy was the absolute greatest. I had a ton of questions in regards to my lease. I should note I was not the nicest. She totally helped answering every question as well as come up with resolutions. Needless to say she is the best thank you again Cindy. Thank you Huntington Vistas.
I am honestly very disappointed since my move in day. My car was towed because we were given the wrong carport by the management of the apartment complex. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient because my car was towed on my first day of move in.
