Never would I ever rent an apartment at this place. Oh my god what a dump
I’ve been living here for a little over a year now, at first management seemed to be very on top of communication and getting back to me with little issue. Recently it’s been almost impossible to get a text back or talk to a real person without having to physically go into the office which is located in a different facility. Horrible communication. Unable to pay rent due to system error with E check and reached out through all methods no response. Requested door step pressure washing a week + ago because it’s dirty and ignored.

Don’t move here! This place is a crooked scam! From roach and rat infested units, to deplorable laundry facilities, most the time they don’t work or you have to pay for a load 3x to clean n dry. Oh…also half the time your cc won’t work but it will show your swipe 4-5x taken out of your bank. Nobody on site ever….. since before covid they just stopped? After every review is a sweet apology I noticed, but they honestly don’t care, have been getting away for years as slum lords and over charge everything! Super noisy constantly... read more
