Went for a viewing of unit 26. This rot needs a full renovation of that corner at the very least.
Amal Joseph has made the transition from one suite to a larger suite very smooth. Solid hard working guy who will have your back.
Went for a viewing wasn’t even sent a unit number to wait at. Walked around for 15 minutes in extreme heat being disabled. I wasted $50.00 on an uber to and from. I called the toll free number twice and both times they couldn’t help me attend my viewing or contact the management. I’d NOT recommend this property and the area seems rough. They did not even contact me to apologize. Highly unprofessional & a waste of time and money
I was told o could have my keys on sept 30, as the unit I was moving into was already, and has been for months, been vacant. All cleaning and maintenance was not done ahead of time, which is unacceptable especially when the unit was vacant for months prior to me moving in. When maintenance was scheduled, no one showed up, even though I had to make myself available for them.
