Amal was amazing with our Move-In, to our 2 units we stayed in while renting. He also was an amazing help for the move out as well. He is the Assistant Property Manager and does really good work!
.Bad experience and unreliable
Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because there are just some minor fixes that need to be done! My PM has been exceptional. I’m expecting a baby, and he has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. There appears to be for maintenance requests is atrocious however contact with the PM has been flawless. I have enjoyed every minute here. Best part is, no bugs, roaches, or unwanted creatures. I feel happy.
Went for a viewing of unit 26. This rot needs a full renovation of that corner at the very least.
Amal Joseph has made the transition from one suite to a larger suite very smooth. Solid hard working guy who will have your back.
