My loan with Evergreen was sold to PennyMac after being assured it would not. I went with Evergreen because it was local and that if I have issues they would be immediately corrected. Now i am stuck with PennyMac with one of the worst customer service reputations. Evergreen, this is not how you should treat your customers. If you plan to sell loans to other companies, at least take care of you customers and sell to those with better or the same customer service practices as Evergreen

They are super-responsive to our questions and requests throughout the entire process and go out of their way to accommodate our busy schedule.
