Horrible experience with Huntington from the beginning to the end. This because the receptionist answering the phone was very curt and unhelpful. The technician was polite when coming to the home, but he did not know how to work on ventless dryers and actually damaged the dryer more. They did get it running while he was here, but when I called them later that day they said I needed to file another warranty claim rather than fix the problem. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Janet went out of her way to help me locate 2 parts for my discontinued and older dryer. Zach was the technician that completed the work. He was very knowledgeable, professional, provided great communication and fixed our issue.
I have had issues with my 3 yr old LG dishwasher. I called Huntington Appliance Service and Zach came out and fixed the motor. It is running quietly again and has no other issues. From the first phone call to the office and with the tech Zach, it has been a very good experience. Highly recommend this company for any appliance issue. They have a customer for life. Great price and let you know every step of the way..
We had Huntington perform extended warranty service on our Frigidaire gas range. From initial response, through final repair, we were 100% satisfied. They communicated well, were polite and professional, did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and fixed the problem quickly and properly. I will definitely call Huntington next time.
I've had a different service company out twice to repair our LG dryer and are still having the same issue. Just had Huntington out and the tech quickly diagnosed the issue, which the others missed. I have just found my new repair company. Highly recommend!!
