I like living here Just renewed my lease. I love my balcony and apartment. Clean, quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Mixed area so very diverse also. Yes washing machines still don’t work but other than that it’s worth living here. And they have new better management now.
Not what it seems I am a current resident of this property and I have had nothing but trouble from day 1 with this place, from them not knowing what keys to give me on move in day to the current leaking sink in my bathroom that I have been fighting to get fixed for months now. Supposedly this property does not have full-time staff, I have been told (by the staff) numerous times that they are all temporary, so getting anything done seems literally impossible.
