I was living here a while ago, and unfortunately, the experience went downhill. The biggest issue is the ongoing bug and cockroach problem, which still hasn’t been fully addressed despite multiple complaints. On top of that, rent keeps increasing each year without any noticeable improvements to justify the hike. The location might be convenient, but the lack of proper pest control and the rising costs make it hard to recommend this place.
I have been living here for 3 years with great comfort. The manager, Brenda, is very kind, and her assistant, Mr. Keren, is also kind and extremely helpful, especially with maintenance and other matters. The maintenance staff are highly responsible and cooperative, and they respond quickly to any issues that arise. The cleanliness inside the apartment is excellent—there are no pests to mention. The neighbors are friendly, and the area is quiet. I highly recommend this place
The office and maintenance teams are truly valuable assets to this community. I want to give a special thank you to Brenda and Kieran for their exceptional help in answering all of my questions and understanding exactly what I’m looking for in my future apartment home. I’m really looking forward to the day a home becomes available that matches my move-in date!
Kiren and maintenance guys are helpful. Roaches problem , they charge a lot of move out fees unlike other apartments. Move at your own risk
