I've been here for a month and no problems at all. This is the first apartment I've moved into in the last decade that was cleaned and all of the appliances were working. I've lived in brand new buildings they came with broken air conditioning. Security patrols the parking. I never have a problem finding a space. I'm as happy here as I've been at any of the places I've lived since I was in another state.
We lived here for 2 years and we really loved it. Only moved because we moved out of state. Reasonably priced, Staff/Owner is on site and all very friendly. Maintenance is quick, they have security that patrols the area. All the residents are nice and friendly would definitely recommend moving here
For anyone who is looking to live in an apartment that has a wonderful staff, essential utilities, and affordable rent then these apartments may be for you. With a great location and overnight security, this place is an absolute gem!
Bugs everywhere floor boards are uneven and an exterminator had to tell them to put in trimming around the floor to keep bugs out bugs of all kinds coming up my shower drain they can’t replace certain appliances even though they are rusted and need to be replaced closet doors are broken, cabinets are painted where shelves should go but they dont have any shelves to put in so they put white paint inside to cover up the nastiness and they paint is all over the cabinets, light switches are so dirty and nasty but they can’t do a... read more
I stayed with them one year then i moved to another state but apartment was so clean and nice and people who works there are really polite people. And my neighbours were very friendly i really enjoyed my stay there
