I worked at Huntington and what I witnessed behind the scenes left me deeply disturbed. This is one of the most toxic, unsafe, and dishonest assisted living facilities I’ve ever come across. I had to move my elderly Stepfather to a new retirement home a few years ago, and The Huntington was one of the recommendations. They work with the PACE program, and that option was a deciding factor. I will say that it was the right choice. Heather, Carol, Corina, and the rest of the staff took great care with my Stepfather, even though he was a bit difficult to handle at times. I also want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the administration staff. Karinas management and communication skills are severely inadequate. If you have a loved one at this facility, I strongly advise you to remove them as soon as possible. The caregivers display laziness and a blatant disrespect for the residents, resulting in unacceptable treatment.
