Nice,private assigned parking, quiet, good neighborhood. New owner is upgrading the units.
I adored these apartments when we moved in. The best owner and it felt like family. Somewhere between the pandemic and the decision to sell to other owners things have just come apart for us. I can't do the job that I was doing any more so for the first time in over a year my rent was late. My husband has hospice out twice a week and it's the time where we are making arrangements that no one wants to do, and I have been absolutely been thinking of everything else in this world other than rent. I am so proud that my loved one moved in these townhomes, especially at this time. The new manager Carrie has absolutely cleaned this place up. In the little time that she's been here, she has remodeled everything from the kitchen to to the top balconies. The capacity is almost full here because of his hard work.Problems, if any, are dealt with swiftly and professional. The other tenants are upstanding and we have never felt so safe.
