Do not rent here. This place is garbage. I've been renting here for over a year and hands down worst place I've ever lived. My water gets turned off almost every week, wish I could say they were fixing the hard water issue but no. There's been a roach and mice problem here. Apparently it's been a while since they've updated there buildings since they've been doing construction on my building for about 3 months. Love waking up to drilling and hammering early I'n the morning everyday. Would not recommend living here.
DON'T MOVE HERE!!! People are hostile and bullies. The teens play around in the mail room and block the mail boxes. Then beg for things from the vending machine and talk crap if you don't buy them stuff. Their ball hit me earlier and they didn't say sorry, just smirked. I went to the office and they said they'd send security when he was in. This place doesn't care about safety or the residents.
New management is really attentive!
Don't move here. I informed them about the thermostat not working several times in the last month and no one came out to fix it. The heat stays all the way up and it no way to turn it down. Smoke comes through the bathroom vent and walls. It smell like smoke in the unit. They said they can't fix the smoke smell in the unit. It also smells like smoke in the hallways and the hallways carpet be needing to be vacuumed and it has trash in it. The cabinets look like they have been water damaged and they have a stich to them. For one thing it's warm inside when you have to take your garbage out the garbage is right there don't have to walk far it's not a lot of people hanging around standing outside your door begging for change and cigarettes.... It's really nice the apartments Yes has a lot of space inside me and my wife we love it Ava Mitchell and girl Mitchell is plenty of room in there Love the ways looks you should try it be the judge for yourself, God bless and have a good day..
