Don't move here. I informed them about the thermostat not working several times in the last month and no one came out to fix it. The heat stays all the way up and it no way to turn it down. Smoke comes through the bathroom vent and walls. It smell like smoke in the unit. They said they can't fix the smoke smell in the unit. This place is still ran pretty badly. Maintenance doesn't fix the shit that's broken. Laundry machines have been broken for weeks with standing water in them no fix. Mold getting worse. Wood rot dust coating everything. Neighbors causing ants and rodents still in others apartments and no one answers the phone for any help or maintenance requests with any of it!
