This place is still ran pretty badly. Maintenance doesn't fix the shit that's broken. Laundry machines have been broken for weeks with standing water in them no fix. Mold getting worse. Wood rot dust coating everything. Neighbors causing ants and rodents still in others apartments and no one answers the phone for any help or maintenance requests with any of it! Yeah this place sucks. Have placed multiple maintenance requests since moving in last year and not one was responded to. Went in person to office multiple times to set up maintenance and still was left unanswered and no maintenance ever showed up. Not to mention they never answer the office phone every single time I've called they send it to voicemail. This place is disgusting and a joke. Cannot wait to move out.
