Construction at all hours of the day, rude workers who leave trash everywhere, work on early morning weekends, take up all the parking spots, they turn your water off all day without notice on several back to back days. They never communicate with residents, they are rude in the office and have the nasty complex in town. Gold glitter or p*** doesnt make it pretty. Its still p***
