Worst place to rent. Read Facebook reviews. Too much to type. The manager Christina is the worse ever. She will scream in your face. Call the police. Make fake rumors about you. Gossip with other tenants. Evict you without a reason. If you call her out on not doing her job as “property manager”. If you choose rent at your own risk. Then remember your warnings.

Huntington is probably one of the worst places to rent from in hickory. The property manager (Christina Jones) is very unprofessional and hostile towards residence. The pool, which is advertised an as amenity, was closed almost all summer. The clubhouse in the office, which is also advertised as an amenity, wasn’t accessible since the property manager keeps the doors to the office locked very frequently, then threatens to call the cops on tenets for entering, even if it’s about their rent, lease, etc. In short; don’t was... read more
