very unorganized. extremely slow. we waited well over a hour and a half to see the doctor who then treated us with disrespect and a dismissive attitude. Like we were taking up his time. Then he argued with me and refused to explain what he had done to my wife. No one deserves to be treated that way. Also when I went to use the restroom the floor drain was backing up and sewage wad all over the floor. I did let them know but didn't see any maintenance people. And I was there for quite a while after.

They have top notch Doctors and staff that make you feel comfortable and welcomed through difficult situations. (Knees, arms, shoulders surgeries)
No bad but TERRIBLE customer service! I had surgery on March and Im still waiting for my physical therapy. I left voice mail everyday for 2 months without a positive answer. I even left a message to the office manager and took him 2 months to respond, he told he was going to solve the problem that he was going to call me back later that day and a month later Im still waiting. I know for them is just a job where they have to 40 hrs but for me it is my hand that is in the middle of their careless customer satisfaction. I am st... read more
Dr. Panossian is the best! He did my shoulder replacement surgery, he is very professional, he’s nice and very concerned about my recovery. I would highly recommend!
Very effecient, professional staff from desk to Techs to physicians. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
