Dr. Blom has been my ophthalmologist for over 11 years, and she is the BEST! Dr. Blom has treated me for glaucoma and performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. I no longer have to wear glasses at all! The staff is great, too…I recently had an eye infection. The staff was quick to get me an appointment, and Dr. Blom worked diligently to find out the root of the problem. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else!
Please don’t let Dr Blom do your surgery. She performed surgery on me. It was not successful. Then she said there was nothing she can do to correct my vision now. I am so disappointed and depressed that my life is changed.
Staff were very friendly and kind, doctor was unprofessional and very rude. Told my partner that they had a detached retina and referred us to a retinal specialist, saying they needed surgery ASAP. Was extremely rude toward my partner and me when we had questions and were emotionally distressed. Come to find out my partner's retina was NOT detached and had Post-Vitreous Detachment, a condition that's harmless but puts my partner at risk. Will not be seeing her again.
