I rent here. The outside of the condo doesn’t look good and the HOA probably gives my landlord a hard time. But, the location is close to shopping malls with the bus stop right in front of the place. They take care of the lawn and things. The inside of my condo looks nice and it is spacious. There’s a pool and a tennis 🎾 court. And I just found out that the HOA does not allow short term rentals if your looking to invest and do an air bnb.
I have been living here for 22 years and have raised two children without a problem. I do not and have never been involved with anything or anyone in the area so I have not had any problems whatsoever. My kids are now grown and away from home and not planning on going anywhere because there’s no reason to leave. If I could give it zero or minus stars I would. To the public, do not buy here, do not rent here. The HOA association are crooks and have done nothing but pocket owners money. There has been zero work done to the grounds. Don't let the touched up pool pictures fool you. This place is a dump, literally. We owned two rental properties there for about 10 years. You'd think that paying a collective fee of $275 a month per unit would at least some renovations on the playground or tennis courts. Area is also not very safe.
June 2023 They got my $25 app fee and personal info. Travis would never make an appointment for me to come see the condo. At first I was told I was denied because of an eviction in Orange County. Then he says approved and needs money to hold it til I move in. Well, I've never been evicted, always got my deposit back and I never lived in Orange County! Tried to contact them today and the number is disconnected and there's a warning of a scam on Google saying there's now no website. Glad I didn't give them any more money!🤬 Ju... read more
