During my recent visit at the Huntington Hospital, I received exceptional care and service. I was greeted by friendly people as soon as I checked into the front desk. Very pleased with the short wait time, and how quickly they got me into a room. As soon as the nurse arrived, she had treated me with much care and patience. Do not plan a birth here!! Worst experience!! Nurses did not give me my baby right away and there was no medical intervention. They gave vaccines after I clearly stated many time I’m waiting to see the pediatrician appointment when we get out no vaccines. The excuse o sorry it was just a lot going on! How dare you !! Robbed an experience I can never have again and disrespected my wishes. To top it off cold food every time and old dirty rooms . I was recently at Huntington's emergency room and I had the worst experience there with the staff. To start off, the first person to take care of me was an intern with the last name Mendoza who completely missed my vein for my IV and spent a near 3 minutes wiggling around in my arm until he finally gave up and left, in which now I have a decent sized bruise covering that area.
