great practice I am surprised to see the 3 negative reviews. I think the reference to Arcadia is the wrong practice. I've been taking my daughter here for four years and find the entire staff to be responsive, caring, knowledgable, etc. I've called at all hours on all days and always get an appropriately fast, thorough response. I am not easy to please and would only trust my daughter with the best, which I believe you get here.

you can find better than this ! huntington medical group in arcadia ( i dont know about other cities)is the worst place ever , i have been to alot of places as we moved around for work every 2 years and hands down this place has the least concern about their patient. this is the 2nd time we have been stood up for more than 2 hours even after an appointment and the doctor would not show up ,even after i reminded them i was there. my kid would cry and cry in doctors room ,but no one came to check up. . Mr. Very, very hard to contact. Five calls in an hour, and hangs up. Very hard to connect with the doctors. You will be lucky to be answered in one phone call. Customer service line frustratingly busy or are they?

Unhappy patient Very slow to respond to THREE phone calls over four hours. No sense of urgency. Staff is remarkably busy and either does not relay messages or the physicians are too busy to return calls. Very displeased.

Love them My two children have been with these doctors for 4 years. Our doctor is John Legault, but we have seen many of the other doctors. We appreciate the weekend hours - why do kids always get sick on Saturday? - and the nurses have always returned our calls to help with minor problems.

Dr. John is highly recommended Our daughter was born with plagiocephaly -- literally, an oblique or misshapen head. We knew there was a problem, but didn't know what. Dr. John Legault gave us a diagnosis, recommended treatment and even helped us battle the insurance company by writing a letter explaining the medical need for treatment. At nearly 2 years old, our daughter is perfect-- thanks to him. He is laid back, but very intelligent-- I recommend him highly! Five star service.

Highly Recommended! Dr. John Legault is the best pediatrician. He has been my 2 year old sons doctor since he as born. He also correctly diagnosed my niece with Leukemia, which saved her life! He can be very laid back and yet so knowledgable. He is great with my son and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician!

THE BEST!!! Dr. John is the best. He is extremely personable and cares not only about your child, but also you. He is very down to earth. He has a great personality and is wonderful with kids. He is very attentive to the needs of his patients. His office is busy, but we can always get in to see either him or someone in the office. Highly recommended to any new parents.

Excellent Doctor, Highly Recommended My daughter is 13 months old and the last 13 months are been worry free thanks to John Legault. He answers all my questions without hesitation and re-assures me that everything I am doing is just right. My daughter is in great health and I recommend this facility to every mother.
