Inept support staff that hinders physician’s work and reputation. Poor reflection on what the doctors will tolerate.
So annoyed at this place I had to get on my other account to post another 1 star review. Stay away from this place— they do not give a shit about you or your child’s well being
Love the physicians, but dislike the difficulty of booking appointments. Came to this office for a blood draw after fasting 10-12 hours. Blood results need to be ready 2 weeks prior to any physical for evaluation. The wait time to schedule an appointment over the phone took about 20-30 minutes and my doctor's availability was 6-months out. The health facility has a small, private, and paid parking lot. Staff review only - They cancelled my appointment I waited 1 month for. (Was a valid cancellation). They said I would have a new appointment with another doctor at the same time. Show up, and no doctor available. They said they would call me back. That was a week ago.
