I have been here for a year now and Steph, the new manager that took over has done an amazing job transitioning in fixing things that needed to be fixed and making sure that everybody is happy. She also gets back to you ASAP something that not a lot of places. Value I even get responses after hours and Stegh is definitely a manager you want also if ur looking for peace this it very family oriented community very clean I recommended if ur looking for a place to call home
This complex recently changed management, for the BETTER! Our new property manager Stephie has not only handled the transition well but has repaired MANY problems in this community. She is quick and responsive to the needs of the community. There is probably 6 months of needed repairs She is handling. I am grateful for Stephie and her management of HM.

I recently finished my application with this property management. We are approved and moving in this Friday. Not sure how the place is really, but my 3 stars are mostly based on the lack of customer service this place has provided. It is super difficult to get ahold of anyone at the property, the person completing your paperwork gets a bit annoyed at questions (I don’t sign anything unless it is clear), and the overall experience hasn’t been great.
