I would NOT recommend living here. My girlfriend, who I've been helping move out over the last month, has been dealing with a rat infestation in her apartment for over two months, and the landlords, Sid and Stephie, have done almost nothing to resolve it. Their lack of communication is beyond frustrating--you'll never get a response unless you chase them down multiple times. To make things even worse, forget about the office hours. I have been here for a year now and Steph, the new manager that took over has done an amazing job transitioning in fixing things that needed to be fixed and making sure that everybody is happy. She also gets back to you ASAP something that not a lot of places. Value I even get responses after hours and Stegh is definitely a manager you want also if ur looking for peace this it very family oriented community very clean I recommended if ur looking for a place to call home

This complex recently changed management, for the BETTER! Our new property manager Stephie has not only handled the transition well but has repaired MANY problems in this community. She is quick and responsive to the needs of the community. There is probably 6 months of needed repairs She is handling. I am grateful for Stephie and her management of HM.
