You CAN get a completely CUSTOM designed home in a modular build - we did and it worked out brilliantly. Huntington Homes WILL build custom modules unlike some builders who insist you use their existing boilerplate plans. Having a more predictable schedule and budget was also a big factor in our decision to build using Huntington. They delivered a very high quality house AHEAD of schedule (unheard of in building) and exactly on-budget.
