If i could give negative 5 stars I would!!! I have been living here less than a month & have had more problems with this apartment then i had with my old one in the whole year & a half i lived there. When you enter the apartment ROACHES are literally falling from the door. I asked for pest control they sent someone who I thought was pest control but later that week i noticed the same guy evicting someone from their apartment. Terrible! Mice in our apartments (more than one apartment), been here 2 years with no pest control to get rid of them. Huge Rats outside have seen them. My neighbor has complained of this with no help from office or owner. Tried reporting concerns to owner and just said he's the accountant. Accountants don't be onsite EVERYDAY! Molded and infested apartments. Don't waste your money.... PLEASE
