Avenue living, good luck getting ahold of anyone in the office or any repose, maintenance sucks and so does tenant care
Don’t move here Constantly having issues with staff not doing their job let alone responsive, the people you talk to on the phone are incompetent and are only good more making maintenance requests. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of many management. The people who own this place live in Calgary, their 3rd party lawn/snow removal are extremely lazy, thugs and drug addicts are EVERYWHERE now, cars are constantly getting broken in to, the garbage areas are atrocious, there’s no clean up crew anywhere in the area. Don't rent here, do a detailed pre move in Inspection and take written commitment from them to fix damaged interior if any. I waited for 2 years to fix teared carpets which they had commited. And they finally declined, hence I had to move out
