Don't rent here, do a detailed pre move in Inspection and take written commitment from them to fix damaged interior if any. I waited for 2 years to fix teared carpets which they had commited. And they finally declined, hence I had to move out
Don’t rent here if you want them to let people in and steel your stuff. Guitar, tv, pet grooming tools, Lego….they don’t care. Whatever they can take. And won’t do anything about it.
