Wow, is the office staff rude. Hang ups, transfers to nowhere and not being treated with the slightest bit of compassion. Things being lost, ignored requests or referrals/ completely forgotten. Earliest appointments scheduled 3 months out. What is the point of having a primary care phsyician? We all go to urgent care. Been waiting 6 months to get a referral to a dermatologist.
