Very rude staff, very unhelpful.
Inspite of the wrong google map instructions to a different location which delayed my arrival, they were able to see my son. I am incredibly grateful to their office manager for making this happen. Also don't trust google maps for now. The directions are wrong.
16 years and still have the same doctor
In case of an emergency you will not be able to reach anybody. We left messages with the call service and no one returned our calls. The front desk biller,is also rude. My baby was in the process of getting a measured and she rudely interrupted our doctor visit to let us know she was not insured. And this was after we signed a paper saying we will be responsible to pay if the insurance did not.Its a shame when Dr. Mechanic is profesional and passionate about her job. Great doctors. But the front staff need to be on her level... read more
