They do not honor their advertised "free weeks". It is just a bait and switch tactic. In addition to that, their automatic payment system is not to be trusted. They will send you a utility bill on the 13th of the month and auto payment for the rent will go through on the 30th; however, utility bill will not be included in that payment and will accumulate late fees instead. Maria S. and Danielle W. were great, made the process easy and smooth. There were a few bumps along the way but they made sure to get me across the finish line and moved in on time.
Living here is fine but the management has horrible communication and the office is only open three days a week. I have been trying for over a month to transfer units here, a process they claim to be very straightforward, but I have had horrible experiences with everyone on the management team. I went into the office to transfer into a bigger unit, they told me I did everything that I needed to and that they'd send the next steps of what I needed to do. They never sent any.
