Hours of operation are very disappointing! Only open 3 days a week makes it very hard for the residents to communicate with the office, even through emails because no one is in the office lol
I’ve been living here for around two years, and I have no complaints. The apartment management team does an excellent job maintaining the property, ensuring that everything is always clean and well-kept. They’re also incredibly responsive and helpful, always addressing any requests or concerns I have in a timely manner. The apartments are quiet. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment.
O/B/O Sebastian Juliao: Steer clear. No help or leeway with any requests and get ready for when you surrender your lease at the end. They'll jam it down your throat with BS charges. They would not send someone to do a final walk through inspection with me present before vacating so they can do just that. CHARGE YOU FOR BS!!!! $175 dollars to resurface a stove which is normal wear and tear in an apartment. These stains on the stove can be buffed out for probability less than $20 bucks. Randy and Michael are very helpful, kind, and prompt. Our maintenance request was handled immediately and they did a great job. Gabby and Abigail at the awesome are also super helpful, kind, and understanding. Great job Cortland. They should all get a raise!
