The worst business ever. I called and they told me to leave my glass outside and they would contact me. I have called at least 8 times, left vm and texted them. I went to pick up the piece of glass that I needed cut and it's not there. They still will not answer me nor is my broken glass outside in the yard. Mine is the round piece that says 13.5". I would appreciate my broken glass back so I can go elsewhere.
I have been working with Huntington glass works for years as a local landscaper who unfortunately breaks windows frequently by accident. Now that the son max took over it has been a completely different experience. He is inexperienced and ordered the wrong glass the first time then when the new glass finally came in after two months he kept rescheduling. My son accidentally broke a garage door window with a ball. I called them at 9 am, and by 2 pm my window was fixed. Great communication! THANK YOU!!!
It's nice when a company does what they say they are gonna do. In a few hours I had my window back in perfect condition. I would refer and use them every time.
Emily arrived in a timely manner. She was friendly, and experienced in working with an old home. All the work was done, needly efficiently, and came out great. I would recommend huntington glassworks to anyone.
