Such a great experience! Walked in on a Monday looking for a specific watch and talked to Thomas, instead of trying to just sell me on something in store, he asked questions, had a conversation and found exactly the piece I was looking for in a neighboring store! Horrible place. I was back here about a year ago and felt like they were kind've rude. Haven't been back since. Today I walked in looking for a gift and they told me I "had" to remove my sunglasses. The sign outside says (no masks, no hats). There is NOTHING about sunglasses and I was profiled. This is not a bank. This is not legal. I will be speaking with management. Maybe corporate.
Very sweet and welcoming people fixed my cracked ring and re dipped a necklace for me in just a few days! Definitely will be coming back for any other jewelry needs.
